职位描述
Senior Quality Engineer : This position will be responsible for high-level quality on-site at our suppliers’ factories. Main objective is to drive continuous improvement of safety & functional manufacturing defects, review suppliers’ quality processes, review production quality levels, and improve Quality Systems. Efforts will concentrate on reviewing weekly manufacturing defect data, root-cause analysis, prioritize improvements, and corrective actions.
（1）University degree (Engineering) required
（2）5+ years experience in Quality related field or manufacturing Quality management.
（3）Registered Quality Engineer is preferred.
（4）Experience with electrical products and new product development is required. Knowledge of molding and manufacturing is required.
（5）Can use fundamental Quality tools (SPC, Cpk, etc.)
（6）Experience with factory audits and inspection
（7）Leadership and good interpersonal skills are required
（8） Capable of driving improvements
ü Very good spoken and written English
