职位描述
Key areas of accountability:
1. Training
? Assist on training needs collection, analysis and set up annual internal and external training plan based on core curriculum category.
? Responsible on training arrangement and implementation against the plan.
? Collect training feedback and effect evaluation, conduct analysis for next step improvement.
? Generate training progress reports and communicate with relevant managers and employees.
? Keep, file and update the training record and materials.
? Assist the manager on training vendors and training courses sourcing and evaluation.
2. On-boarding
? Work with the manager on setting up a proper on boarding process, and responsible for new staff first day reception and placement.
? Responsible for composing and sending new staff announcement.
? Arrange offered candidates to take pre-employment body check.
? Organize new staff orientation and collect feedback for further improvement.
? Work with department heads on orientation materials updating and filing.
3. HR Administration
? Maintain and update APAC organization chart and monthly Headcount report
? Coordinate local employees’ commercial insurance enrolment and claims.
? Sourcing medical check vendors and evaluating vendor performance. Organize annual medical check.
? Act as Back-up for attendance record verification and monthly attendance report. Raise up any abnormal issues.
? Back-up for keeping and updating OT records and various leaves, reminding managers and employees for following specific leave policy.
? Other ad hoc works assigned by the manager.
Qualification:
? Bachelor degree graduate
? Minimum 3 years experience in HR and Administration working experience
? Basic HR knowledge on training or HR admin
? Good communication in both English and Mandarin
? Good team player, proactive, positive and passionate
? Conscientious and has good time management for prioritizing
? Has proven competencies on handling multiple tasks
? Detailed and good following up
