Key responsibilities:
1. Monitor the monthly closing process to ensure that overall bookkeeping of several corporate entities are completed accurately and on time;
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial reports.
3. Active analysis of the financial reports, figures to support PD Business Management;
4. Assist in Company's planning, budgeting and forecasting process;
5. Financial risk and exchange monitoring
6. Monitor Project financial operation from Sales order to Purchase order to shipment and final project payments including the Projects Income ,Project cost and Projects Cash flow etc;
7. Responsible for Export/Import Business daily financial operation;
8. Responsible for Invoicing oversea clients and keep good communication accordingly;
9. Manage daily financial operation for a Group with four corporate entities. Coach and Manage a small Finance team;
10. Develop and maintain financial procedures and policies to enhance an internal control environment in accordance with company development;
11. Work with external auditors to ensure proper audit coverage, evaluate audit findings and implement corrective actions if necessary;

Qualifications / Requirements:
1. University degree in Finance or Accounting;
2. Qualified Accountant with Accounting Certificate is a must, CPA or other equivalent qualifications is preferred;
3. Over 5 years working experience in financial management with a multinational company; Familiar with both PRC GAAP and IFRS accounting rules;
4. Manufacturing experience preferred, familiar with cost accounting and has import/export knowledge;
5. Has good knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems;
6. Self-starter who can work independently;
7. Strong sense of responsibility, solid and reliable, optimistic and smooth mentality.
8. Active and analytical financial attitude required
