? Meet and complete the sales target every month

? Implement Marketing Plan in customer locations

? Support customer sales by continuous transfer of brand and product knowledge

? Manage distribution channels to ensure brand and corporate functional compliance

? Ensure the collection of all accounts receivable
? 保证应收款的收回
? Take sales orders from customers to collect market intelligence first hand
? 接客户订单，收集第一手市场资料
? Manage ABC customers to assure sales target fulfillment
? 管理ABC客户，以便完成销售达成率

Responsibilities 工作职责
? Ensure company sales and marketing standard is fully implemented in all outlets
? 保证公司销售和市场标准在所有零售店的严格执行
? Develop potential customers and follow up on a timely basis
? 发展潜在客户并及时跟进
? Conduct periodical reviews with customers to analyze their past sales and set up action plans to ensure profitability
? 跟客户定期回顾过去的销售，并拿出行动计划，以便保证利润
? Collect market intelligence and report it to manager on weekly basis
? 收集市场信息，每周汇报给经理
? Take corrective actions as required to sustain sales
? 为市场持续发展，采取及时修复措施
? Assure 100% collection of all accounts receivable prior to the closing date of each period
? 每销售周期结束时，保证应收款的100%的收回
? Ensure 100% completion of accurate sales reports on timely basis
? 100%完成及时、准确的销售报表
? Analyze distributor’s inventory level to optimize sales process
? 分析经销商的库存，以便优化销售流程
? Supervise local logistics service to assure customer satisfaction
? 监督各地物流客服服务，以便保证客户满意度
? Ensure seamless delivery of products and services
? 保证连续的产品和服务

QUALIFICATIONS要求
