The client is a leading foreign Auto engine components supplier.

Salary:

Reporting to:

Operation Manager

Travelling:

Upon work requirements

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Manager existing and new project development such as manufacturing capability review, tooling kick-off, sampling, sample qualification process until mass production

+ PPAP with automotive industry standard, FMEA,IPC

+ Manager process engineering, resolve production problems, maintain production line normal, improve PPM and improve process scrap

+ GK improvement, cost saving for existing products

+ Implement the machine or mold for stamping and injection preventive maintenance, overhaul and urgent repair

+ Manager preventive maintenance team operation

+ Plan and follow up all existing project and new project until mass production

+ Train up process and project engineers and technicians achieve company goal

+ Provide technical support in urgent case

+ Develop with MD/TR/FD on new tooling, machine fixture progress, Evaluate tooling, machine, fixture performance. Setup production line standard procedure, should be condition

+ Calculate cycle time exiting product plus new project launch capacity for department investment

Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree or above, 6 years working experience in stamping or injection company

+ Be proficient in specific in process engineering

+ Be able to read mechanic assembly drawings

+ Be proficient in set up line assembly experience

+ Understand each miles stone for project stage
