本职位需到公司中国区总部--------江苏省昆山市短期培训2-3个月

Purpose
To maintain the customer profile and system data; Handle customers & accounts; Offer good customers service; Coordinate with customers inquires; Participate in exhibitions; maintain the sample room; send out samples based on the customers’ requirements; Work closely with other relevant sectors etc.
Principal Accountabilities
Customer Service Related:
1 Take the initiative to communicate with the customers; Offer requested quotations, inquiries and services to customers, persistent focus on total customer satisfaction; Follow up customers’ orders & dealing with customers’ complaints, maintain the customer profile and system data under company’s request upon the defined working flow & business areas.
2 Input pre-orders and create work order into Navision, friendly deal with all customer related issues, follow up order status & overdue payment.
3 Actively assist all relevant customer service related works in order to achieve the set goals.
4 Back up on each other’s daily routines; Contribute on building up an advanced, efficient C.S.Team.
5 Hosting customer visits or join visit customers in case of necessary.
6 Implement & follow up the defined working flows & fulfil the duties consistently.
Sample Sending:
1. Arrange sampling with Assistant to Sales Dept. in Kunshan when sales have sampling request;
2. Collect ”samples’ sending request” from sales and arrange samples’ sending everyday;
3. Make and update “ samples’ sending record” to follow up samples’ sending status;
Further Duties:
1. Participant necessarily in exhibition upon business request.
2. Take the initiative participation in all relevant training on purpose of improvement the service level, communication skills etc.
3. Customer contacts data management: (save & update Navision data timely)

2. Fluent written and oral English & computer skills Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, ERP systems.
3. Good communication skills in multilingual environment & knowledge of international trading terms.
