JOB SUMMARY 职位概述

The Quality Inspector will provide quality inspections & line audit support for Quality Engineer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 基本工作任务和职责

1. Conduct quality inspections and audit at supplier site under Quality Supervisor’s direction.

2. Report detailed inspection results to Quality Team and Division’s so lot decisions can be made in an informed and timely manner.

3. Provide support for the improvement of the suppliers’ Quality Control inspection system through observation and guidance.

4. Assist Quality Engineer in follow up on known quality issues and corrective actions through problem solving and root cause analysis.

5. Assist Quality Supervisor in defining inspection strategy, data gathering and summary activities.

6. Assist Quality Supervisor in the development and implementation of work station instructions and process control documents.

7. Provide inspection criteria training to suppliers to ensure a complete understanding of inspection related requirements and documentation.

8. Provide support during Retailer inspections, acting as the liaison between the supplier and the retailer’s inspection service or representative.

9. After inspection, complete inspection report document. Send weekly inspection report summary to

Quality Assistant for distribution.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

1. College Degree, Technical Degree or above (post High School degree required)

2. At least 2-years working experience in Quality related field desired

3. Good command of English reading and writing

4. Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

5. Good communication skills

6. Experience with Juvenile Products, Toys, metal, plastic , or sewing is preferred

7. No color blindness (QAI will be required to inspect products for color accuracy during production)
