JOB SUMMARY He/She is responsible to assist the PQE to document testing reports and quality files. Responsible to assist the PQE to communicate with suppliers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. He/She assists the PQE to follow up lab dip and mini bulk untill mini bulk color approved, and help to arrange yardage if necessary, forward invoice of cancelled mini bulk(fabric cost and testing fee) to DEU for settle payment, 2. He/She assists the PQE to follow the homologation of none-appointed fabric(including UK fabric) still all report are pass. 3. He/She assists the PQE to arrange the samples delivery to EU colleagues and to relevant suppliers. 4. He/She manages and reports on the yearly/monthly about the quality docuements 5. He/She maintains information system . 6. He/she shall support supplier introduction orientation if needed .

JOB REQUIREMENT EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: 1. College-graduated or above in and preferred in International Trading, Supply Chain Management. 2. Min. 1 years working experiences in quality administrative field. 3. Strong skills on files management SKILLS: Strong communication skills both in oral and written English Good at PC skills including software packages (i.e. Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point, E-mail, etc.) Able to negotiate Good at analyzing time and priority constrains plans. OTHERS （PERSONAL TRAITS, etc.） Positive, pro-active, honest, team player.
