§ Responsible for product and system development


§ Develops hardware in a team


§ Creates schematics and PCBs


§ Understands analog and digital design


§ Knows state of the art CPU types (ARM, Freescale, intel)


§ Does have basic knowledge on certifications CE, CSA/UL, ATEX, …


§ Works closely with supply chain, test and production


§ Runs requirement analysis


§ High quality awareness


§ is capable of speaking and writing English





- Candidate requirement (academic, experience, skills, etc):


§ Academic grade in electrical engineering, process automation or informatics/computer sciences


§ 3+ years of professional experience in R&D would be good


§ Must be a team player


§ Background in automation, instrumentation, medical equipment or telecommunication is appreciated
