MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责
1. 根据公司SOP文件以及方针管理仓库部门以及与公司其它部门通力协作；
2. 有效的管理现有的团队,使其按照公司的标准运作并对其表现进行考核.
3. 协助物流部经理进行第三方服务提供商的选择,管理,控制及评估;
4. 仓库的日常管理(产品入库，出库，转库，盘点，不合格品,退货以及库位管理等);
5. 库存的控制及管理；
6. 确保帐务，实物，系统管理帐一致
7. 管理货代, 降低物流成本, 运输计划的实施
8. 仓储设备的维护及保养。
9. 制定并实施材料库及成品库的管理制度和管理方法；
10. 库存分析，账龄分析以及ABC管理方法.
11. 同财务，采购，销售根据公司的政策设定安全库存点。
12. 寄存仓库和办事处仓库的管理
13. 产品的包装管理, 确保产品的包装符合产品的运输要求并体现公司的形象。
14. 仓储空间的充分利用利用，如重新设计，引进重型货架，或者钢制存储箱等
15. 同质量部门合作监控供应商产品的质量,
16. 审核仓库相关的所有物流成本.
17. ERP操作及批核
18. 处理客户以及其他部门投诉;
19. 按照标准执行6S管理及安全管理
20. 对于仓库部门的内部培训提高员工的积极性,致力于公司文化建设的提高.
21. 对于公司出台的政策以及规定，主动全面的了解，并全力配合。
INVENTORY OF KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED FOR POSITION/任职资格
1. 物流或供应链管理或者相关专业，
2. 2年以上仓库管理或者物流，供应链管理工作经验；
3. 2年以上同等职位管理工作经验；
4. 熟练使用电脑以及办公软件，熟悉ERP或者SAP；
5. 良好的谈判技巧，以及丰富的问题应急处理以及解决方案制定实施能力；
6. 良好的时间管理;
7. 会开叉车，持证。
