职位描述

Purpose of Position

Respond to extensive operational needs on a specialized level (Order Management / Freight Management) vs. basic needs with Customer Service; Strengthen the local relationship with the named accounts and make sure Operational Excellence is delivered

Tasks

1 Provide VAS including PO/Vendor Management, Shipment/Event Management, Cross Function/Region Traffic Control

2 Develop the relationship with the named accounts (including vendors)

3 Organize regular meetings with the named accounts (including vendors)

4 Lead and be involved in operational communications with the named accounts

5 Guide operations (AF/OF/LOG) in full compliance with signed SOP as well as general rules

6 Optimize the process consistently in search of higher productivity and lower cost

7 Monitor KPIs and push to meet targets

8 Work on internal and/or external IT applications

9 Control data quality for accuracy, availability and punctuality

10 Prepare, supervise and coordinate statistical information of the named accounts to guarantee full/detailed transparency

11 Manage and put in record the profile of respective accounts on a real-time basis

12 Support the superior as well as team members sharing workload

13 Take over other tasks assigned by the superior

Functional requirements

1 Both sales & operation background

2 Vast IV knowledge (Technology, Consumer & Retail, Fashion, Chemicals,Healthcare, Automotive, Manufacturing)


Skills & Competencies


1. Analytical skills to collect and measure data; proactive improvement of data quality

2. Strong interpersonal & communication skills; capable of creating reports, letters, documentation, SOPs, etc.

3. Ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively – solutions driven

4. Highly customer minded and comprehensive

5. Team player and good motivator

6. Considerable presentation skills to introduce and convince

7. Decisive and conscientious

8. Quick learner and firm executant

9. Flexible, accountable to work under pressure


Educational background & work experience
1.Business administration / commercial / technical / engineering background
2.Operational industry experience (minimum 4 years)
3.Good knowledge of MS Office, database and work processing applications
4.Language skills: Fluent in English and local language. Other languages welcome
5.Preferably participated in KAM seminars
