DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
■ Investigation
1) Conduct internal & external enquiries relating to asset misappropriation, corruption, and financial statement.
2) Detect and investigate corruption activities related to staff, business, suppliers and contractors.
3) Develop investigation strategies and policies; cooperate with Legal, Corporate Audit, or Internal Control Departments.
4) Set up a comprehensive compliance program with group services departments.
5) Identify key points of processes and analyze the causes and effects to build or correct compliance policy.
■ Audit & Assessment
1) Conduct compliance checks on existing controls, i.e. collect evidences, statistics and related information.
2) Support security project operation such as guarding, VIP escorts, security events, special security contracts etc.
3) Perform security audit and assessment; also crisis management.
■ Case Analysis and Management
1) Report the results of investigation to senior management.
2) Prepare analysis for the case trend, and identify the high risk fields; provide different options to reach better solution.
3) Business Intelligence – web monitoring to gather information regarding specific topics and reports for Security, including new trends and new players in the market.
■ Lead the Investigation
1) Coach and instruct investigator/undercover to conduct investigation.
2) Timely update on the investigation progress to line manager and customer.
3) Provide timely investigation report at different phases.
4) Manage and promote the fraud escalation hotlines and other reporting channels.
5) Other work assigned by the superior.

REQUIREMENTS
- More than 7 years working experience in Investigation.
- Familiar with Competition Intelligence Collection and Intellectual Property Protection cases.
- Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) Certificate
- Certificate of National Registered Security Officer Second Class
- Preferably candidates who has taken law subjects from East China University of Political Science & Law.
- Good relationship with different law enforcements.

2) 准备案情趋势情况分析、确认高风险区域；提供不同方案来更好的解决问题。
3) 商业智能- 通过网络监控搜集与安全相关的特定话题和报告信息，包括市场新趋势或新的竞争者。
■ 指挥侦查工作
1) 指挥和指导侦查人员秘密侦查。
2) 及时向直线经理和客户更新侦查进度。
3) 提供及时的侦查报告在不同阶段。
4) 管理和提升欺诈热线及其他报告渠道。
5) 主管安排的其他工作任务。

岗位要求
- 7年以上调查研究相关工作经验。
- 熟悉竞争情报工作采集和知识产权保护案例。
- 持有舞弊查核师证书(ACFE)。
- 持有国家注册安全员二级证书。
- 毕业于华东政法大学法律相关专业者优先考虑。
- 与不同的法律执法部门有良好关系
