职位描述

JOB REQUIREMENT

- Degree / Higher Diploma holder in the relevant discipline.

- Minimum 6 years experience in relate field for hard goods technical quality control.

- Familiar with European/US markets (especially German Market) or international testing company standards in hard goods and home appliance products.

- Technical and professional qualification on hard-goods categories.

- Good experience in product manufacturing process, factory design & development capability and product quality standard and testing processes.

- Based in Shanghai office and willing to take traveling if needed.

- Must be energetic, bright, enthusiastic, well organized and flexible, willing to

? Contribute ideas and provide solutions to problems.

? Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories and customers to ensure product quality. Answer merchandisers' enquires on quality / materials issues.

? Set up product quality standard and guideline.

? Provide QA advice on complex product items to factories before and during the manufacturing process.

? Check samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet customers' quality standards.

? Good interpersonal skills with boss, merchandiser team, QC team.

? Effective communication with factory

? Good communication in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written)

? Familiar with Microsoft Access, Words, Excel computer packages

- Attend and minute Meetings with merchandiser team, factory or client; monitor follow-up / results to deadlines

- Analyze complaints from both internal and external, find the root cause of problems and come up with ways to prevent future occurrences

- Ensure Quality and Safety standards of product meet the target markets and produce simplified versions of these standards to merchandiser, QC and factory.

- Product risk assessment.

Conduct factory audits to ensure that factories meet international / customers' compliance standards.
