RESPONSIBILITY:
* To identify, manage and develop products and suppliers
* To identify and communicate product trends
* To ship product to the critical path
* Be aware of all projects being handled for each category, ensure the success of each project
* Ensure Shenzhen office have good communication with Sweden for pricing, quality and overall responsibilities

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Grow business with each account by offering a good service, pricing
* Help identify and solve problems
* Help merchandiser to Develop products to meet the requirement of the Clients
* Bring potential problems to attention of Country Manager
* Organize / Handle product manager visits. Preparation of pre-trip pack, buying trip itineraries and supplier briefing
* Attend trade fairs to identity product and suppliers
* Receive and aggregate buying briefs from Category Manager
* Work together with merchandiser to develop supply base to present to Category Manager
* Perform supplier reviews. Evaluate and prepare an annual supplier scorecard
* Work with the team to deliver the critical path to ensure 100% on time launch

* Be resposible for Shenzhen office daily operating.
Qualification:
* > 3 years team leader experience
* Plenty of knowledge for audio,media and pc related products.
* Fluent English in writing and speaking.
