Job Description:

1. Solid foundation of Digital circuit hardware knowledge. Familiar with hardware system design .
2. Familiar with reliability design requirements of electronic product.
3.Coordinate communication with Factories in regards to BOM Costing -BOM analysis - Alternative componets approval - Sourcing - Compoments Supply chain management - Technical assistance.
4.Attend the weekly review meetings with both factories & customers.
5.Understand technical requirements and build specifications & standardization.
6. Familiar with PCBA Quality control procedure such as IPC standards, AOI (Automated optical inspection).
7. Familiar with Engineering Components inspection procedure.
8.Has the ability to direct and coordinate PCB fabrication and operational testing to ensure electrical systems conform to engineering design, client specifications, and applicable codes and regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in electronics or electrical engineering.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in electronic product in the filed of consumer electronics & Home appliances.
3.Good Knowledge in the field of Consumer electornics, Home appliacnes PCBA products and manufacturing processes.
4.Good understanding of PCBA products overall manufacturing process.
5. Good ability on English written and verbal communications skill will be a plus point.
6.Be able to work with colleagues from different countries and cultural background.
7. Good communication /negotiation skills as well as a good team player.
8. Willing to travel often.
