For the Nexeo Asia Operation Department in China, we are looking for:

Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities

Primary roles:
-The major role is to ensure sales orders, including both domestic sales and export business, are processed smoothly and correctly. The person will be responsible for providing timely feedback to internal/external customers’ inquires and requirements

Main Responsibilities:
-To work closely with sales and customers to have sales orders processed timely and correctly.
-To execute the Company’s customer service standards, order processing procedure, and support the implementation of SAP.
-Communicate well with customers; manage well customers’ requirements and needs, provide timely and efficient feedback to customers.
-Communicate well with sales team, logistics and finance team, work closely with them to solve disputes if necessary.
-For export business, assure that the exportation is legally executed by abiding to all the relevant national and international dispositions. Completes the exportation booking and Customs clearance’s operations both by ship and by air before the deadline requested by company and customer.
-Be familiar with both Chinese and International standards rules and be able to compare and operate by abiding to them both.
-Manages the exportation agencies.
-Prepare sales invoice for domestic sales in Golden Tax and SAP
-Coordinate with forwarders to prepare for custom clearing and prepare duty and receipt info for imported purchase in SAP
-Fulfill other tasks as required by the company

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in international trade or business management or relevant majors
-Previous experience in SAP
-Fluent in English and Chinese
-Good interpersonal and communication skills and high sense of responsibility
-Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a Foreign Invested Enterprise
-Experience in plastics or chemical industry is a plus
