For the Nexeo Asia Finance Department in China, we are looking for:

AP accountant

Responsibilities

Primary roles:
-Responsible for overall AP accounting activities and fixed assets management

Main Responsibilities:
-Responsible for AP accounting activities and fixed assets management, including FA depreciation in SAP.
-Assist in the management of daily financial & accounting operations and reporting.
-Ensure that the specific legal requirements surrounding specific statutory responsibilities are met in accordance with the country specific deadlines
-Ensure the timely and accurate reconciliation of US Reporting and Statutory Reporting
-Completely meet SAP month end closing timetable without errors.
-Ensure that up-to-date account reconciliations and specification of all accounts are available.
-Make sure all relevant internal control process are in legal and SOX compliance

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
-Previous experience in SAP
-Fluent in English and Chinese
-Good interpersonal and communication skills and high sense of responsibility
-Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a Foreign Invested Enterprise
