For the Nexeo Asia Operation Department in China, we are looking for:

Logistics Assistant

Responsibilities

Primary roles:
-Coordinate with warehouse and shippers to arrange product receipt and delivery and prepare goods receipt and delivery status in SAP
-Implement approved processes and practices with 3rd parties in compliance with company's policies and requirements, and ensure them providing high performance

Main Responsibilities:
Operation in SAP
-Be responsible for managing inventory, such as creating physical inventory documents, entering counts, resolving discrepancies, and posting differences in accountable warehouses
-Be responsible for ensuring that materials are available for production, tracking missing parts, and withdrawing material from inventory
-Be responsible for creation of delivery documents, update of delivery documents for shipping, processing returnable containers, processing freight claims, creating shipments, and completing shipments.
-Processes a goods receipt with reference to a purchase order material into inventory
Logistics & Warehouse service monitor
-Be responsible for coaching and monitor 3rd parties on compliances with the regulations and policies from the Company
-Manage daily service of 3rd party, maximize customer service levels with the cooperation of other teams
-Manage supply issues and coordinate urgent shipments
-Manage re-work process which's requested and operated in 3rd parties
-Fulfill other tasks as required by the company

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in logistics or other relevant majors
-Previous experience in SAP and Logistics and establishing relationship with local shippers or logistics company
-Fluent in English and Chinese
-Good interpersonal and communication skills and high sense of responsibility
-Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a Foreign Invested Enterprise
-Experience in plastics or chemical industry is a plus.
