Responsibilities:

1.Profit & Loss owner of the site

2.Lead the planning, organizing and controlling of all the warehouse and transportation activities transportation vender mangment, freight cost control

3.Manage the daily work of warehouse. Team building and coach the personnel

4.Ensure the team can accomplish the KPI requirement of the department, and make the customers satisfied

5.Set up the standard procedures according to difference functions in warehouse operations for different customers

6.Ensure the timely and accurate data entry in WMS system

7.Lead cycle-count and annual stock-taking process in order to ensure stock accuracy

8.Manage the packing materials and do cost control

9.Review internal/external customer requirements and take proper actions for the compliance

10.Confirm billing report, review the service performance with customer monthly, manage customer complain

11.Communicate with related departments and suppliers

12.Regular report to management

13.Other jobs assigned by superior manager

Requirement:

1.University graduated or higher

2.Training on Project Management and lean management is preferred

3.At least 8 years working experience in 3PL company with minimum 5years experience on management level

4.Excellent knowledge of WMS, ERP, AX4 system

5.Familiar with the warehouse operation procedure and domestic transportation market

6.Analytical and good finance knowledge as non-finance manager

7.Excellent knowledge of warehouse management and supplier management

8.Good communication skills and negotiation skill

9.Very good level of English required

10.Excellent PC skill
