Due to business needs, now we are looking for IT Decathlon China J2EE Technical Engineer:

Responsibilities:
- Manage the regular maintenance of J2EE platform with high availability;
- Support requirements from application development team to guarantee platform performance and contribute recommendations;
- Optimize stability and reliability of J2EE platform, improve the 7 * 24 monitoring;
- Train and coach team on technical improvements, responsible for documentations and reporting;
- Work with developer on testing, debugging and solution delivery;
- Work with DBA on maintenance, interventions and troubleshooting;
- Manage local technical projects
- Support project team to design, test and deliver technical solutions.

Requirements:
- 3 years or more working experience in IT domain or related;
- Master Linux OS as developer or administrator;
- Master J2EE technologies: Web server, JDBC, JSP, XML, Webservice, etc.;
- Have basic Oracle Database knowledge;
- Java/J2EE development experience is a plus;
- Smooth communication by fluent oral and written English;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Good analytic, troubleshooting and advisory skills;
- Strong responsibility sense and professionalism with good team spirit.

Location:
Asia headquarter in Shanghai (Longyang Road, Pudong District).
