Summary of the position职位概述：

To reach project MED target, according to company strategy, PIM process and related department rules, responsible for tooling and product improvement in trial run, problem solving in mass production for tooling, sample and production line issue, development and qualification of copy tooling.
为了保证项目的结构部分工作顺利完成，遵照公司战略规划和产品开发流程以及部门相关制度，根据部门目标制定具体工作计划，负责产品试产阶段的模具、产品改善，量产中的模具、产品质量问题解决，复制模的开发和确认以及试产中工厂出现的产品问题的分析和解决。


Qualifications requirements任职资格：

Educational Qualifications教育背景:
Mechanical Bachelor Degree or above.
本科或以上学历，机械专业

Working experiences工作经历:
More than 1 years in mechanical development experiences
1年以上结构开发经验

Professional Knowledge & skills专业知识与技能:
Familiar with structure design and MD process, master part manufacture process, plastic injection process and plastic tooling, Familiar the use of pro/E and office software.
熟悉结构设计和流程，掌握部件生产流程，注塑流程。熟练使用pro/E和办公软件。


Competence能力素质:
Have strong leadership, communicative skill, solving skill, implementation ability, high responsibility and strong team spirit.
优秀的领导能力，沟通，解决问题和执行能力，高度的责任感和团队精神。
