Position: Customer Service booking, Intern

Responsibilities:
· Shipment request evaluation
o AMS/ACI Self filer verification
o Credit worthiness
Time (Late booking, booking in time, AMS/ACI relevance check)
· Identifies the route that will move containers from the beginning to the ending location
· Creates bookings in FIS and accurately assigns rates
Allocation check
o Works with the Equipment Department to determine equipment availability
Shipment definition
o AMS/ACI self filer specification
Shipment announce
Shipment status check
Shipment rating and RA/ Tariff retrieval
· Creates and distribute Booking Confirmations
· Filing of documents
· Ensures that any and all documentation required for a shipment is received in a timely manner
· Updates bookings when necessary and notifies all affected parties of changes
· Attends to telephone enquiries from customers
· Coordinates with terminal operations to assure efficient and effective handling of shipments
· Corresponds with world-wide offices to track shipments
· Works closely with all departments to assure specific customers’ needs are handled appropriately


Requirements:
College or above in relevant major
Basic PC skills
Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skill
Floency in English and Mandarin
At least 4 days work per week
