· Provide installation support on hardware and software
· Provide solutions on technical related problems
· Establishing procedures and policies for the maintenance of hardware and software.

· Have be graduated in Information Technology major or have the equivalent experience in IT field.

· Have a broad knowledge on network, PC, servers and other hardware.

· Have experience on Windows Server 2008, Windows 2003 and above, MS office and other software packages.

· Have a basic knowledge of Juniper / Cisco / Thin Client / Scripting / Visual basic and SQL would be an advantage.
