The recruitment is for a new start-up cooperation project between ECS and Martinea Honsel, a valuable opportunity for outstanding talents with ambitions.
The project will be located in Yuyao.

Job Title: Quality Manager
Supervisor: Engineering Manager

Job Description:
Quality Manager has to lead, guide and direct the quality team and systems.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer contact, developing inspection criteria, maintaining and improving the quality management system.
- Manage quality engineers, inspectors, document control, measurement room and the quality lab.
- Lead APQP activities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- This position is part of the core management team and interacts with associates at all levels.

Requirements:
- Experienced in auditing and capital investments for procurement of lab equipment.
- Experienced in managing the Material Review Board, corrective actions and customer concerns.
- Professional in developing procedure and quality processes.
- Solid knowledge of TS-16949 and APQP requirements.
- Above 5 years work experience of quality management.
- Direct experience in aluminum casting and machining is highly preferred.

Additional Information:
- Fluent English is a must.
- Willing to travel to Germany for a professional training program of 6 – 9 months.
