本职位特为ECS与Martinea-Honsel的合作项目（世界领先的铝压铸件汽车零件研发制造）设置，为本全新设立的项目的首批中国员工。需要您有扎实的技术背景，较强的工作主动性和赴德国分公司培训6至9个月的旅行意愿。
尤其欢迎具有汽车行业的从业背景及压铸相关经验者应聘。
生产基地和主要办公地点将设立于余姚地区。

Job Title: Business Development Manager
Supervisor: General Manager

Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager to with issues with customers.
- Establish long-term professional relationships with new and existing customers or partners
- Manage pricing and quotation, coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop new business cases.
- Negotiate necessary development and licensing agreements with prospective partners.
- Monitor new developments and trends in the relevant market proactively. Identify potential opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering discipline
- At least 5 years management experience in the automotive OEM or marketing based services
- Solid experience with global automotive manufacturers in China
- Proven customer relationship experience

Skills & Knowledge:
- Demonstrable leadership skills and strong business planning/development skills
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Able to build relationship with any level and channel
- Direct experience with aluminum casting is highly preferred
- Willing to travel, a professional training program of 6-9 months would be required
