一、主要工作职责：
1、Adherence to the valid legal, tariff wise and operational regulations
- Observance of quality and safety regulations
2、Support the advancement of projects Launching
- Cooperation at defined projects, Lead as process owner in Operation and workshop activities.
- Work closely to R&D to Supervise the process to meet deadline and technical requirement
- Support Offer Creation Process industrial function to transfer OCP projects to Operation
- Execution of investigations and analyses, process technical Specification requirement and Qualification
- Production of concepts and presentation of the results, Mapping Tools Implementation
- Production Programming for Takt Time, Capacity & Capability Evaluation, Investment and cost control
- Processing Development for Work Flow, Pulling system, Layout Design, FEMA analyze and Quality Control
- Processing Architecture-Line & Cell & Warehouse Design, Ergonomics Engineering, Workstation Design
- Industrial audits preparation and responsible for final Mass production release activity
- Training supports for Production workshop
- Lean Manufacturing & SPS Implementation
- Documents preparation and Work instruction release
Provide continue improvement supports for serial production
3、Organization and optimization of working systems and Production Processing
- Analysis of working systems and KPI matrix tracking, Lead Cost reduction & Quality improvement
- Promotion and conversion of improvement measures, improve jigs & fixture and process flow,
- Develop the whole manufacturing technology & automatic process level, especially for Poka-Yoke level
- Organization of jobs and operational sequences, Balancing assembly lines, manpower definition
- Develop and conversion of operation benchmark, promote process technology to realize into workshop
- Execution and documentation of time-studies or Predetermined time standard ( MTM, etc)
- Guarantee topicality of the IE-relevant operating data in IE system (BOM, standard time, routing paln etc.)
- Analysis and presentation of the determined data Improving capacity and Industrial Efficiency
- Industrial & workshop barriers control and solving, lead and carry out the progressing
- VSM workshop and Kaizen workshop organization
Enhance Lean Tools and Leadership

- Lean Manufacturing implementation
- Enhance Lean Principles
- Lean Tools development and Utilization
- Lean Improvement Projects facilitating
SPS Tools Deployment within specific targets
5、Realization of the department’s targets
- Adherence to the location relevant targets and Cross function specifications
- Implementation of the enterprise guidelines
Reaching the planned targets and performance
6、Cooperation with internal and external partners
- Regular reporting in time to Supervisor or project leader
- Participate and lead overlapping cooperation
Work as support function for other related departments
7、Any other business as assigned by Supervisor
二、所需技能
1 MS-Office, Auto-Cad, Good Computer Skills
2 Ability to work in a team, Ability to assert oneself, Ownership
3 Written & Listening English, Basic oral English
4 Presentation and Moderation skills
5 Knowledge of the organization of production flows and production control
6 Positive Personality, Willing to Study
7 Knowledge of Industrial Engineering, Ergonomic Engineering, Process Technology and Automation
8 Knowledge about Kaizen philosophy, Lean Manufacturing is advanced
9 Experience in PCBA and Semi- or Automated Machine process is preferred.

University degree in the field of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electronical and automation Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering etc.
