1. Function
Responsible for new supplier sourcing on the basis of components / materials requirements forecasts and specifications.

Optimization the existing sources of supply and supply conditions as well as procurement process management.

To control the organization to achieve its profitability goals.

Responsible for production components and production materials purchasing process, organization, control and optimization to ensure the timely supply of materials for the production and meet customer expectations

Responsible for raw material and product transportation and storage processes of the organization, control and optimization to ensure the correct material accounting and administration of the IFS ERP system.

Responsible for the timely delivery of products to customers.

Responsible for production and materials planning process, organization, control and optimization to ensure the timely supply of materials and smooth production to meet customer expectations


2. Required knowledge, skills and experience

(a) Knowledge: education, qualification and training:
University Degree in Business Administration / supply chain management areas;
Good knowledge of English;
Financial knowledge is an advantage;

(b) Skills and competencies:
Strategic thinking, leadership skills;
Orientation to achievement;
Analytical, data processing and problem solving skills
Good communication and negotiation skills, teamwork and cooperation


(c) Experience
3 years experience in supply chain activities (Experience in in a global company will be preferred, with a wide range of suppliers);
3 years management experience;
