职位描述
职位要求:本科以上学历,人力资源及相关专业优先;英语六级以上,听说读写流利。
Goals:
1) In weekly rituals, he contributes with SM to build workload of each perimeter and translate commercial activities in working hours.
- Know how to use Tempo HR tool and train SM to understand Tempo HR.
- Know working laws and legislation..
- Know how to use national productivity reports.
- Animate with HR Manager and DM the evolution of planification forecast quality.
- Inquires DM, MC, HR Manager of commercial, economic, human and organizational resources of store policies.
- Collect all necessary information to build workload from section commercial activities and key in Tempo HR system SM give information: TO, items sold, customers, average basket, human structure, working hours, activities, inventories, leaves…
- Know ? Operational Efficiency ? ( temps colis , charge globale , équilibrage de charge ) , animate how to update them et ensures proposal are relevant by being in ? Performance Meeting ? and his proximity to teams.
- Translate Operational Efficiency measures into productivity indicators.
- Calculates and give SM a readable and reliable workload recommendation.
- Ensuring the translation of commercial activity in working hours. He explains it to SM, ensures its accuracy, updates it, and adjusts on short term without losing the whole year situation.
- Helps to simplify SM job by providing expertise in workload measure.
- Ensures the animation of forecasting activities in section meeting and sharing within teams working organization through developing a collective time schedule process
- Ensure that everyone respects the government and Auchan rules about plan time schedule and working hours management.
Performance Indicators: Quality of forecast (Gap between forecast and realized items sold)
2)He supports SM and propose his help to SM to make decisions to build his indivual and collective working organization/
- Identifies necessary resources, provides flexibility levers: poly-activity, modulation, fixed term contrat, leaves management…
- With SM, he reflects adopted solutions in team time schedule proposal.
- Provides the good allocation of working hours according to commercial activities.
Performance Indicators: Quality of Planification (Planned working hours / realized working hours)
Quality of Human resources KPI (modulation, overtime…)
Quality of time schedule
3)Ensures of the project implentation and sustains of productivty benefits.
- Ensures the link between Planification and Operational Efficiency projects.
- Check on the field the quality of the layout and guarantees the good pertinence of Planification,
- Reflects to Human Resources Manager the recovery issues of Operational Efficiency project.
- Develop an anticipation and steering culture for SM and train them how to use indicators in order to sustain the process in time.
- Ensures with Store Committee that the managerial animation combines employees to search solutions to adapt workload and flexibility levers.
- Participates each year to define personal expenses and OBJ with DM, SM and Human Resources Managers.
- Participates to National Synergy and communicate with his colleagues all the decision and process that he done in his store. He knows how to deploy in his store others stores good practices.
- Alert SM, DM, HR Manager of any drift in the quality of the decision and propose actions plans.

4)Contributes to develop cross-divisions or store organizations.
