Position: Utilities Supervisor

Department: Techical Operations

Report to: Site Service Engineering Manager

Location: Shanghai Plant (1 person)



Duties and Responsibilities :



- Make up yearly training plan of utility field, conduct and monitor the implementation;

- Monitor Setup and update SOPs of utility field;

- Be in charge of GMP & EHS management of utility field and ensure GMP & EHS compliance;

- Conduct trouble shooting and implement causes analysis and measures developing to solve the problems related to utilities.

- Conduct preventive & remedial maintenance for utilities;

- Be in charge of application approval, order and follow-up of all the spare parts in utility field.

- Be in Charge of installation, debugging and adjustment, trial

- Conduct GMP & EHS compliance and maintenance for the utilities of CoC lab. Via SOP development and monitor the implementation based on BISPL standard;

- Connect and support SEP team to realize utilities user's requirements;

- Support plant project team to implement the projects in utility field;

- Assist superior to draw up budgets;

- Communication with superior whenever significant happening.




Qualifications:



- College education majoring Mechanical or, Electrical, or HVAC Engineering;

- At least 10 years of utility management experience in pharmaceutical industry, and plus at least 2 years of project management experience will be preferred;

- At least 3 years of team management experience;

- Very familiar with utility maintenance strategy deployment & annual maintenance planning;

- Hands-on experience on utility system' setup, maintenance and troubleshooting;

- Excellent GxP & occupational safety awareness;

- Fluent English speaker.
