Job Descriptions:
Job Responsibilities
*Installation and commissioning of a wide range of machines.
*Respond to technical problems relating to provide trouble shooting and maintenance, retrofit, software
updated in a timely manner.
*Independently handle customers after sales inquiries and coordinate manager with machines’ reliability
*Ensure correct spare parts number
*Self-improvement of technical skills
*Focus customer satisfaction
*Team-working spirit.
Basic Qualifications
*College or University graduate major in mechanical/electronic(al)
*Experience in machine tool industry as service engineer is preferred
*Strong service sense with hands on experience in the technical problem solving, and client relationship *maintenance
*High efficiency
*Good reporting abilities, ability to work under challenge and pressure
*Good command of spoken & written English is preferred
*Be willing to travel frequently
