This job position will be located in Yuyao (浙江余姚).

Job Title: Senior Process Engineer - Casting
Supervisor: Engineering Manager


Job Summary:

Designing, finalizing and implementation of optimized low-pressure casting production processes

Required Qualifications:

- Master craftsmanship certificate or state certified engineer either in casting or chipping
- Good command of English
- Experience in automotive industry
- More than 5 years of work experience in casting processes, preferably in the Aluminum sector


(Main) Responsibilities:

- Planning and implementation of optimized manufacturing processes
- Sourcing of equipment, devices, caliper etc.
- Creation and administration of work flow plans
- Time and motion studies
- Calculation of time allowances and cycle times

职位名称：高级铸造工艺工程师

工作内容：
设计，完成和实现优化的生产低压铸造工艺

- 铸造或相关的认证工程师或高级技术人员认证
- 有汽车行业的从业经验
- 五年以上的铸造工艺工作经验，铝压铸造尤佳
- 英语良好（书写以及口语）

主要职责：
- 设计和优化生产工艺
- 负责相关设备和仪器等的采购
- 设计和管理工艺流程表
- 工时和动作研究
- 计算工时允差以及周期
