岗位职责：
1、负责材料配方优化和成本管理 responsibility for material formular and cost managerment
2、负责新项目可行性分析 responsibility for new project feasibility analysis
3、负责技术难题的突破及材料缺陷的分析和改善对策 responsibility for solving technical problems and Material failure analysis & actions
4、组织材料数据库建设和完善 construction and improvement for Material database
5、负责新材料的研发和应用，收集新材料、新工艺技术情报 responsibility for material development and application, to collect information of new material and new technology.
6、客户推广经验传授 customer marketing experience and teaching
7、协助采购部进行原材料供应商的品质和技术能力评价 supporting purchasing department to estimate material suppliers about the technical ability and quality
8、对材料工程师进行培养与指导 To train and guide the Material engineer."

岗位要求
1、本科及以上，高分子材料相关专业。Bachelor and above it, Polymer materials and other related majors.
2、15年以上相关专业工作经验。 At least 15 years related work experience.
3、英文，可独立沟通。English,excellent spoken English
4、熟知高分子材料（车用材料）的配方以及制造方法和成型工艺 Be familiar with formul of Polymer materials, production technology and the extruding process
5、熟知高分子材料在主机厂的应用和要求 Be familiar with application of polymer materials in automobile parts and the requirements of OEM(SPEC. standard,process)
6、精通高分子材料的性能分析和测试方法 To be excellent for polymer materials performance analysis and test method
7、掌握主要原材料供应商的资源 Main Material supplier resources
