岗位职责：
1、协助项目开发可行性评估；
2、参与项目同步设计方案审核；
3、主导项目开发进度控制；
4、组织、主导项目工艺策划；
5、进行项目开发任务分解及人员规划；
6、主导项目原材料、配件开发；
7、主导项目工装、设备开发；
8、主导项目移转；
任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，汽车、机械、模具等相关专业；
2、汽车零部件产品开发/项目管理三年以上工作经验；
3、英语六级以上或日语一级，口语流利；
3、熟悉应用PPAP/APQP/FEMA/MSA等五大工具；
4、熟悉日系、欧美系汽车厂开发流程优先；汽车内外饰产品优先；
5、熟悉复押、滚压、冲压、弯曲、注塑、等工艺优先考虑
