Tasks:

· Coordinate with regional and global IT department to ensure the area IT environment is implemented with most effective and efficient way.

· To establish future needs of local IT in terms of software and hardware and IT development in line with corporate policies.

· Assist with the costing and purchase of software and hardware in line with budgeted CAPEX and process the Purchase Order accordingly.

· Work with departments to ensure all hardware and software set up is in line with priorities set by Business Team.

· As helpdesk to provide service support to all online sites in Central & Northern China.

· Make business contingency plan to ensure all sites have sufficient back up lines is in place, in the unlikely event of mainline failure.

· As member of EBIZ team, provide Technical support for all EDI issues in North & Central China.

Requirements

· University graduation above

· Good command of English (written and verbal) CET-6 or above

· At least 5 year relevant manager experience in a multinational company

· Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)

· Initiative way of work

· Polite, patient, good team spirit and service attitude

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Team spirit and self-motivated

· Willing to take new challenges and being business partners
