Responsibilities:
● Conducting Supplier Audits
● Conducting Supplier Production Inspections
● Conducting Supplier Post-Production Inspections
● Conducting Dock Audits
● Monitoring Supplier PPAP Inspection, tooling tryout and Pilot Inspection Lots
● Conducting New Supplier Audits for approval
● Prepare supplier training materials and conduct training for suppliers
● Update annual audits and certifications for supplier
● Review quality – dimensional and material testing and other specification testing results from suppliers for incoming lots and ensure adherence to customer specifications
Requirements:
● Four years Gravity Cast (permanent mold) and Aluminum Sand Casting experiences needed
● Working in Ning Bo area
● Conducting Supplier Audits
● Conducting Supplier Production Inspections
● Conducting Supplier Post-Production Inspections
