Purpose & general responsibilities of the position:
To support and drive airfreight product cross organization
To ensure health growth of branch airfreight P&L and is above budget ,FYE
Promote and Market air product at local area.
Specific responsibilities:
1.Provide input and challenge to AIR commercial strategies, and all their key elements with particular focus on
2.Lead commercial strategy implementation and execution in Area for AIR product portfolio
Provide commercial leadership of local airfreight throughout organisation
Delegate as appropriate the responsibility for the successful implementation and execution of the Commercial strategy
Establish a side to side or country to county dialogue within our organization to maximize opportunities available on a given account.
3.Develop direct customers business.
Deliver and wherever possible exceed targets as set out in KPI
Identify the potential business and right customers.
Draft the sales call plan.
Make sales call to direct customers according to sales plan.
Find and design solution for customers to catch new business.
Deliver market promotion plan locally.
Deliver and manage airfreight customer pipeline.
Maintain relationships with customers and secure their business stable .
4.Monitor and be aware of market trends.
Ensure that market trends are reported cross sales channel and management swiftly in order to react quickly to maintain our -market position
Collect market intelligence or benchmarking for RFQ, tender and etc purpose
Support pricing/costing efforts on RFQ/tender opportunities, as needed
5.General
Always comply with the company’s policies/guidelines at all times
Always strive towards productivity improvements, rationalization, innovation and team spirit. Likewise provide defect-free service meeting our customers, and internal requirements the first time, every time.
Conduct your work in a constructive and positive manner at all times, live, communicates, inspire and promote the Core Culture and behaviors.
