Health Officer （健康专员）
Job Description:
1, Establish and update records & files of employee’s medical report in time, follow up employees’ medical leave situations;
2, Be responsible for job injuries’ handling (first aid), taking employees to hospital if necessary and prepare health status report to management;
3, Organizing training on health& hygiene keeping and disease prevention regularly.
4, Responsible for preparing, getting and if required signing the health certificates of employees
5, Offer opinions to management team on how to deal with employees’ disease and injuries
6, Take effective actions to make the hygiene situation of office, dormitory, kitchens and cafeterias in good situations
7, Communicate with relevant organizations from time to time and responsible for first-aid medicine’s calculation and update
8, Finish other assignments arranged by HR Manager.

Job Requirement:
1, With college education in medical treatment or relevant major;
2, At least 2-3 years’ working experience for factory medical treatment; relevant experience in manufacturing enterprises is preferred;
3, With good English written ability and could express in oral English in a clear way;
4, Be patient, kind hearted and responsible and could work under pressure.

岗位描述：
1，及时建立和更新员工的健康报告和文件，跟踪、记录员工病假情况；
2，负责工伤处理（急救），必要时带员工去医院就医，并准备健康状况报告；
3，定期组织健康、卫生和疾病预防培训；
4，准备并获取员工的健康证明，必要时签署健康证明；
5，就处理员工疾病和健康方面向管理层提出相应意见；
6，采取措施保证办公室，寝室，厨房和餐厅良好的卫生状况；
7，定期与相关组织沟通，及时计算和更新急救药品；
8，完成人力资源部经理部署的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1， 大专及以上医学类专业；
2，至少2-3年工厂健康专员相关工作经验；有在制造型企业相关经验者优先考虑；
3，具备良好的英语书面表达能力并能用英语进行日常工作交流；
4，耐心、正直，有责任心，能够在压力下开展工作。
