Position Summary:

To action all incoming calls, whether this be for orders, quotes or samples, while maximizing all opportunities of developing business from all activity. Offering excellent customer service to all customers

对所有来电做出反馈，无论是定单，询价还是样品.通过各种途径最大化有效利用各种发展业务的机会，向客户提供优质服务。

To make active calls out daily to both customers and prospects to explore any possible business opportunity as well as follow up customer enquiry.

跟进客户询价等需求，并主动致电客户及潜在客户，拓展任何可能的业务机会。

Provide pro-active care to customers, monitor their orders and ensure regular customer contact。

为客户提供积极的服务，跟进定单状态，确保定期联络客户。

Manage customer concerns and complaints effectively to minimize the effect on the customer and any resulting cost to Moss. Involvement and implementation of the main processes and procedures in operating the sales business

有效的处理和解决客户的投诉和疑虑，尽可能的减少因为这些问题而给客户和公司带来的不利影响。参与并实施销售业务主要进程及程序的运作。

1.Five or more years experience in Business Development management.

五年以上商务开发管理方面的工作经验

2.Good oral and written English.

良好的英语读写能力。

3.Good communication and presentation skill.

良好的沟通能力和陈述能力。

4.Know very well on law, local policy on customer service business area.
