Principal Responsibilities:

主要职责：

- Implement quality assurance activities to keep and improve process stability

- Lead quality assurance activities during NPI project process, for example FAI, FMEA. QIP

- Support manufacturing process of gas equipment line to find improvement opportunities of impacting product quality.

- Implement and monitor corporate quality assurance documentations in gas equipment production line.

- Managing non-conforming goods, take containment actions and preventive actions to resolve customer issue and reduce repeated quality problem.

- Communicating quality information, quality request and actions with all related department include multi –national team members.

- Quality report of production line include 8D report , NCR analysis

- Quality training to new inspector and engineer

- Management for quality documents and record to make sure test report and records being friendly found and valid.

- Other work from Plant Quality manager

Knowledge/Skill Needs: Required:

任职要求：

- College degree or equivalent.

- Engineering education background

- Demonstrated electrical technician or engineer experience.

- Experience of continuously improvement project , for example Green belt project

- Knowledge of PPAP, FMEA, MSA control plan·

- Over 4 years experience in manufacturing environment such as mechanical environment, machine manufacturing environment.

- Presentation of test results both orally and written in a clear and informative manner

- Good work language: English
