Position Summary:
To action all incoming calls，whether this be for order， quotes or samples ，while maximising all oppounities of developing business from all activity
对所有来电作出反馈，无论是定单，询价还是样晶方面的事情。通过各种途径来最大化的有效利用各种发展,服务机会。
Provide pro-active care to customers ，monitor their orders and ensure regular customer contact
为客户提供前期的服务，跟踪定单，保证定期拜访客户。
Manage customer concerns and complaints effectively to minimise the effect on the customer and any resulting cost to Moss
有效的处理和解决客户的投诉和疑虑，尽可能的减少因为这些问题而给客户和 MOSS 公司带来的不利影响。


Essential Functions:
Reporting directly to the sales manager (supervisor)
直接向销售经理汇报工作
Make realistic customer commitments,follow through each transaction to full completion and keep the customer and other internal departments informed at all times
实现客户现有的需求，对整个项目流程进行跟踪。在任何时候都要让客户和相关部门了解最新的信息。
Operate effectively within current policies and procedures relating to pricing，order entry,complaint handling and telephone enquiry handling
在现行的公司制度下，有效的处理报价，定单，投诉，来电询价等事直。
Develop effective working relationships with other team members and other Moss
companles.
与其他相关部门的工作人员和 MOSS 公司的人员保持度好的工作关系。

Education,experience and other skills required:

1. Three or more years experience in Cuslomer Service

2. Good oral and written English

3. Good compuler office skill

4. Good communicalion and presenlalion skill

5. Know very well on law，local policy on cuslomer service business area
