1、对生产、质量各模块有较深的认知和五金行业实际管理经验；
2、独立组织新技术、新工艺、新设备的应用推广；
3、能独立负责全面生产和生产设备管理，并能独立召集公司生产工作会议。
任职要求：
1、具备良好的计划能力、指导能力、协调能力、决策能力、谈判能力及时间管理能力；
2、熟悉精益生产理念及有丰富的实践经验；熟悉行业质量标准及相关ISO9001：2000标准；
3、具有很强的领导能力，培养中高级管理人员，同时扩大生产规模，能够带领团队出色地完成公司下达的生产任务指标；
4、具有优秀的管理能力及企业外部关系的协调能力有良好的职业道德，较强责任心、领导管理能力；勇于挑战高压力工作、敬业。
5、在中型生产企业（100人以上）10年工作经验以上。
