Experience: 10-15 years in production and assembly of steel products and aluminum castings. Candidate should be skilled in welding and finishing of steel products of proportionate size to our current line of product. Skills in the handling of materials and knowledge of production should weigh more heavily then experience as a supervisor.熟悉生产操作、生产计划、库存管理，了解或精通焊接、打磨等实际操作，在机械加工行业（铁制品和铝铸件行业尤佳）有10-15年或以上工作经验

Main areas of focus:

1) Welding production 焊接生产

a. Control welder’s performance, quality of welds and welding techniques. 主管焊工操作、控制焊接质量并培训、提高焊工技巧

b. Build and maintain welding jigs for production. 制作、维护焊接工装以配合生产

c. Control welding conditions 管理焊接操作区域，维护焊接器材

i. Organize welding area

ii. Upkeep/maintenance of welding equipment

d. Keep stock of all required welding material 管控焊接消耗材料

e. Improve production quality and efficiency 提高产品质量及产能

2) Finishing (grinding) production 打磨生产

a. Control finisher’s performance, quality of finished weld seams and finishing techniques.

主管打磨工操作、培训、提高打磨技巧

b. Control finishers working conditions 管理打磨操作区域，维护打磨器材

i. Organize finishing area

ii. Upkeep/maintenance of finishing equipment

c. Keep stock of all required finishing materials 管控打磨消耗材料

d. Improve production quality and efficiency 提高产品质量及产能

e. Build testing jigs for bumpers for fit checks prior to powder coating. 制作工装检验最终产品

3) Machining 机加工

a. Direct workers and set up machinery for production of in house manufactured goods.

指导操作工利用机械加工设备生产所需成品或半成 i. T-nuts, tubular steel for bumpers, tire carriers, etc.

b. Maintain equipment in facility

维护工厂内设备

c. Purchase new equipment for new jobs and/or improved efficiency of the facility

根据工厂实际需求更新或增加必须的设备以提高产能和产品质量

4) Other areas

a. Packaging 负责管理工人最终产品包装

b. Production of prototypes 配合技术完成新产品的制样
