职责描述：
1、制定工业产品及其包装设计的市场战略导向，引导工业设计潮流；
2、发展和领导团队对研发项目进行设计、样板控制和选择，把控大客户的包装设计品牌风格和解决各种技术难题；
 
3、明晰产品设计趋势，把握市场理念，了解材料、成本、工艺，能和谐的组织各种设计元素，精准把握客户需求，引导产品的设计方向，以不断的创新设计来满足客户需求。4、与各个部门良好配合，与工厂和供应商进行长期合作以解决各种问题。在新技术和设计上能够引导和带领工厂及供应商资源进行卓有成效的沟通与发展；
 
5、培养设计下属，组建设计团队，增强团队凝聚力和设计开发能力； 任职要求：
1、工业设计相关专业本科以上学历，英语听说读写熟练；
 
2、熟练掌握手绘技巧和常用工业设计软件，必须熟练立体软件：3d max 或 Rhinoceros,  了解熟悉平面软件：Photoshop, CorelDRAW , Illustrator；3、7年以上包装设计和团队管理经验，有化妆品包装、小家电包装设计经验者优先； 
 
4、思维活跃，具有扎实的工业设计功底，良好的产品构思及审美能力，敏锐的时尚触  角和市场洞察能力，较强的团队管理能力，能对项目统筹定位，指导团队进行高  品质、高效率的设计创作；
5、优秀的沟通表达能力。
