职位描述
岗位职责
1、完成生产目标；
2、加强生产管理，跟踪生产进度（包括：产量、质量、效率）, 不断提高生产管理水平和生产效益；
3、切实遵循“安全第一、质量第二、数量第三”的原则，对生产线的安全和车间的工艺卫生长抓不懈，做好生产线各项劳动防护工作，不断改善劳动条件，保证生产线进行安全文明生产；
4、做好公司各项制度的传达及与员工的沟通，及时有效地贯彻执行公司和部门的各项规章制度。
任职资格
1、高等专科学校或大学毕业；
2、两年以上的管理经验；
3、组织能力强，沟通能力强，有一定的计划协调能力；

These three divisions are: Precision Machinery, Outdoor Traveling and Outdoor Sporting Goods.Almost all hard and soft hunting products are included here, and about 70% hunting products you see in North American market are from us.
