Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

1.Achieve various business targets assigned by management by exploring mass affluent customer segments, upgrading existing portfolio customers and providing a wide range of banking and wealth management products including deposit, mortgage, structured products, etc and other products launched by the Bank from time to time.

2.Provide excellent customer service to maximize customer satisfaction by ensuring Normal Customers’ orders are executed in a professional manner.

3.Establish and strengthen relationship with existing Normal customers to build and enlarge own customer portfolio by providing quality after-sales services, regular financial consulting service and regular new wealth management products / services updates, and encouraging MGM from existing customers.

4.Ensure strict compliance with external regulations and internal policies / guidelines issued by HACN SSD, QAD, CMP, OPS, INA, etc during sales process and daily operations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree

2. 1-3 Years related experiences

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, good analytical ability

4. Basic financial and banking knowledge

5. Excellent command of English and Chinese, certificate holder of CET level 6

6. Familiar with MS office software
