JOB DESCRIPTION – International Restaurant Manager

Job Objective 

To deliver friendly, outstanding customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers

Requirements
- 5 years of experience in the food service industry
- 2 years of experience in the coffee industry preferred
- IELTS level of 6+ or equivalent in English skills
- Passport for attending overseas training preferred

Responsibilities

- Training and managing employees
- Scheduling of full-time and part-time staff
- Manage all aspects of area marketing and promotions
- Coordinate and manage supplies effectively
- Ensure clean and efficient kitchen operation
- Oversee construction and repair of the restaurant   
- Become familiar with all aspects of the coffee industry
- Report to and consult with COO and other superiors continually
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures faithfully

Compensation

- 6000 – 8500 RMB depending on skills and experience level + benefits
- Growth potential based on meeting KPIs (key performance indicators)
