-Performs product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement and improved efficiency.
-Troubleshoots minor controls issues on equipment
-Executes small controls projects as part of continuous improvement on equipment
-Develops, implements and documents effective cost reductions on time.
-Specifies and executes machine purchases including verification of machine quality, performance and effect on process.
-Interacts effectively with all levels of the organization, frequently participating on or leading cross functional teams.
-Works as part of cross functional group for product design reviews, new program launches, cost improvement activities
-Works within design procedures of ISO and Quality Systems
-Participates in customer project reviews
-Maintains project status reports for scheduling
-Assures adherence to standard manufacturing practices

- Bachelor Degree above majored in Mechanical Engineering or Automatic Engineering.
- The position requires at least 1-3 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in a medium to large scale manufacturing. Experience in automotive industry is preferred.
-Minimum 1 year working knowledge of popular PLC programming (Fanuc, Siemens or Allen Bradley, etc.) is required.
-Working knowledge of Statistical Process Control tools (Minitab etc) is required.
-Knowledge of turbochargers is a plus. Knowledge of SAP system is a plus.
-Proficiency with Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook) is required.？
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing engineering projects within deadlines.
-Minimum 1 year of experience working with cost estimation processes, lean manufacturing concepts, and implementation processes.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
-Language, Fluent English.
- Skilled in Pro-E and Auto CAD.
