Requirements

-2+ years of experience in the coffee industry
-2+ years of experience in the restaurant industry preferred
-IELTS level of 5+ or equivalent in English skills preferred
-Passport for attending overseas training preferred

-Assume responsibility for all aspects of the coffee bar
-Excellent communication and training skills
-Dedication to executing precise company standards
-Meticulous attention to detail in preparation of all beverages
-High degree of ethics and obsession with customer service
-Passion for specialty coffee and high quality food products
-Ability to keep a calm, mature, professional demeanor at all times
-Positive approach to problem-solving with superiors and subordinates
-High level of adaptability to different needs and situations
-Focused perspective on both high volume and high quality service
-Excellent time management and organizational skills
-Serve as a model barista for all baristas to emulate

Compensation

-3000 RMB depending on skills and experience level + benefits
-Growth potential based on meeting KPIs (key performance indicators)
