工作内容简介：

我司主要是做客户物流部门的运费审计，根据客户与物流提供商签订的合同，审计每票单子的收费是否按照合同所签订。

*****应聘人员需要有2年以上的物流工作经验，熟悉物流公司运价单。

1. 前期会参与项目实施，主要是对物流提供商的报价单的整理和归纳。

2.需要和美国总部联系，上传价格至系统。

3.项目上线后，对于物流提供商提供的发票进行审计，是否和合同有出入。

4.协调客户与物流提供商之间关于发票的金额问题。

Job Title: APAC - Auditor & Pricing Associate
Department: Auditing and Pricing
Reports to: Global Director Auditing and Pricing

SUMMARY:

We are a Freight Audit and Payment company. Headquarter is in Georgia , Atlanta USA. Asia Pacific Office in Ningbo, China . We are looking for an associate who is responsible for the pre and post audit of freight invoices. Responsible for pricing activities involving customer transportation costs. Conduct analysis on transportation rates for entry into the freight payment application. Ensure pricing is loaded properly for accurate rating and auditing function.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Verify billing terms to ensure customer responsibility.
2. Verify all charges and discounts.
3. Verify the legitimacy of balance due and corrected bills.
4. Read and interpret all contracts and tariffs.
5. Follow specific customer guidelines in regards to the auditing of their invoices.
6. Correct and report keying errors.
7. Responsible for interpreting carrier pricing and customer contracts.
8. Evaluate and load carrier rates and pricing agreements into the application.
9. Update customer pricing as needed.
10. Notify transportation department of existing customer pricing due for renewal.
11. Work with customer and carrier to clarify pricing agreements.
12. Responsible for assisting operations during peak times.
13. Work with EDI to resolve data issues.
14. Determine root cause why bills are not auto rating.
15. Participate in customer calls when requested.
16. Bring discrepancies to the attention of management.
17. Interact and communicate with individuals in a variety of departments.
18. Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.


QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Ability to read and interpret contracts/tariffs as they apply to the shipment and supporting documentation.
2. Ability to read invoice and bill of lading.
3. Experienced in the transportation industry, specifically freight bill processing.
4. Solid experience with MS Office applications and general window based applications.
5. Work requires continual attention to detail.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Demonstrate strong decision making and analytical skills.
8. Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.
9. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
10. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
11. Solid PC skills with proven experience in Excel, Word, and Access.
12. Demonstrate strong decision making and analytical skills.
13. Solid understanding of transportation pricing contracts, documentations, and industry standards.


EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

1. 2 Year degree or higher preferred.
2. Minimum of 2 years experience with carrier rates and contracts required.
3. Strong understanding of transportation/logistics industry.
4. Additional experience with carrier rating software and previous freight payment a plus.


LANGUAGE SKILLS:

1. Ability to read and comprehend specific instructions.
2. Ability to effectively present information in situations to customers, clients, and associates.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Must speak and communicate in English with our international customers / carriers as well as our associates in USA / UK / Costa Rica Office.

MATHMATICAL SKILLS:

1. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
2. Ability to compare sets of numbers.

REASONING ABILITY:

1. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instruction.
2. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
