岗位职责
1、中层管理职位，负责其功能领域内主要目标和计划；
2、制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度；
3、负责部门的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
4、产品或项目的售前咨询、方案总体设计；
5、售后服务运作的策划与实施，执行预算及控制消费者满意度的的跟踪及分析；
6、从技术角度前瞻性地指导、辅助销售工作的进行。

任职资格
1、本科以上学历，相关专业；
2、五年以上技术服务工作经验；
3、熟练使用各种办公软件；
4、良好的沟通协调能力，良好的团队合作精神；
5、工作认真、勤奋、踏实，能够适应出差。
